All products are posted with full instruction/ care cards which explain how to safely use and get the most from your product. We will not be liable for any damage, injury or loss if these instructions are not followed or if the product is used in any other way than is intended.

Candles should be burned for a maximum of 4 hours at any one time. The melt pool on the top of the candle should be allowed to reach the edges of the container on the first burn.
Ensure your wick is no longer than 5mm at any time as this can cause the wick to 'mushroom', produce excessive smoke or soot and an uneven flame. Use wick trimmers, scissors or just pinch of the excess burnt wick before lighting (makes sure it has cooled fully first).

Wax melts should not be warmed longer than 4 hours Place a single wax melt in the well of your electric wax melt warmer or ceramic dish of your wax burner and light a tea light below (unscented) or turn electric burner on once the wax is warm, it will melt and spread the fragrance that will fill your indoor space. Always use wax melts in a warmer or burner in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Only burn the wax melt on a level, fire resistant surface.

Soy Wax is a natural product and being 100% natural the candles or wax melts can have some 'frosting' on the surface of the wax which is normal and is caused by the Wax crystallising slightly. Soy Wax is susceptible to sudden changes in temperature/ humidity and this can sometimes be evident within the container of a Soy Wax candle where 'wet spots' can appear. This gives the appearance of air bubbles or water within the candle but It is actually the Soy Wax expanding/ contracting within the container and is just where the adhesion of the wax has released slightly from the container itself. If you do happen to have any 'wet spots' on your candle and this isn't to your liking , you can use a hairdryer to heat the glass slightly which can reduce its appearance. Some fragrance oils can cause the wax to take on a yellow tan or off-white hue this discolouration is purley ascetic and does not affect the candles performance none of these characteristics will effect the quality or the use of the candles or wax melts or the release of the fragrance itself, it is a natural characteristic of soy wax and is a way of telling your product is 100% natural With no additives.

Wax melts are sensitive to light and temperature, you can stop your wax melts from melting or cracking by storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. keep the unused wax in there clamshells in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight this will also help to keep your melts dust free.
