Please note that our candles may be delivered with or develop a slight frosted or crystalline appearance. This is known as "frosting", it is a common characteristic of high-quality, natural soy wax and does not affect the performance or safety of the candle it is purely aesthetic. Please note the white like frosting on the Xmas tree decoration on top of the candle is intentional. Some fragrance oils can cause the wax to take on a yellow, tan or off-white hue. This discolouration is purely aesthetic and does not affect the candle's performance.
